JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant
LOCATION(S): London, Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Travel across Islands and the UK will be required periodically.

Within Islands, we have an exciting opportunity to join as the Executive Assistant! You'll be part of an encouraging team responsible for driving strategic growth and will be accountable for providing support to the CEO of Islands.

As an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Islands Director, you’ll be:
  • Leading all aspects of provision of briefings and meeting preparation to enable the CEO to deliver on key priorities.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO, advising on all matters from governance committee papers to team leadership.
  • Leading and handling key projects on behalf of the CEO as required, providing subject-matter expertise and consultancy support regarding the wider business.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with our leadership team and key stakeholders across Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets and the wider Group to ensure full and constructive engagement.

What you’ll need:
You’ll need to have a curiosity and importantly a personal passion for Business deliverables and continuity, to leverage strong networks, In addition you will have:
  • Strong ability to communicate with both senior leaders and peers in a positive way to build relationships.
  • Confidence to challenge and influence at a senior (Executive Committee) level.
  • Ability to operate in a pragmatic, collaborative and action orientated manner.
  • An understanding of our key priorities regarding the regulatory environment the Group operates within in The Islands.
  • Ability to run many multiple and varied tasks simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills to digest substantial amounts of information and explain or present in a structured, clear, and concise way.
  • Keen interest to learn and understand the challenges of implementing change across the Islands.
