What you’ll do

As the Snr Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for leading delivery performance for both large customer and internal facing projects/programmes across multiple domains; on behalf of VBSE for our Enterprise Customers. Leading complex multi-party teams and taking responsibility at board level. Their peer within the customer organisation will generally be programme manager with direct reporting into CTO, CIO level.

Who you are

• 
  Experience in delivering against both large customer and internal facing programmes across multiple domains and previously lead complex multi-party teams and taking responsibility at board level.
• In depth experience of delivering large, complex portfolios whilst understanding the operational impacts of bringing complex customer solutions into an organisation.
• Strong influencing and persuasion skills to a range of complex relationships, as you will be required to create & manage high performing cross-functional teams to deliver against agreed plans to the customer.
• Previous experience in engaging in contractual and commercial negotiations with both customer and partner suppliers
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels internally and externally, including excellent customer facing skills. Ability to communicate effectively with the customer account teams, in addition to end users and technical subject matter experts
• Experience in programme and project budget management and understanding of financial accounting including capitalisation and profit and loss
