Job Description
We are a Lexcel Accredited solicitors practice based in Wolverhampton City Centre.
We have a vacancy to commence immediately as a Receptionist.
This is a part time job share which will involve sharing the week with our current receptionist. The working week will be 1pm to 5pm on Wednesdays and 9am to 5pm on Thursdays and Fridays as well as covering holidays and sick days if required.
The job will involve answering phone calls, taking messages, welcoming clients to our reception area and archiving files and retrieving files from archive.
Previous reception experience along with a friendly and professional manner are required.
Salary is on basis of an 18 hour week.
