Carbon60 are currently looking for a Administrator to work on a contract basis for a client of ours based in Belfast. Our client is a large pump manufacturing company who are dominating the clean and waste water industries.
This Administrator position is on a contract basis that will last around a year with possibility of extension or going permanent.
Duties Include:

Computer literate with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc....).

Training will be provided for other operating systems outside of general scope.

Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.

Quoting to customers.

Ordering of parts.
-
Booking in of deliveries and parts completing the process.

Coordinating schedules, distributing memos, reports and information.

Operating copy equipment, printers or other equipment as necessary within the office environment.
This is a Monday - Friday position working standard hours.
