Contact Centre Trainer & QA Assessor
Location: Newcastle
Level: Career Level 11 – Analyst
Salary: Up to 31,000 plus excellent benefits package
Duties include:
-
Provide customised training in accordance with the client needs
-
Provide advice on training content and delivery (e.g. for course reviews/ proposals)

Have an interactive training delivery style incorporating adult learning techniques
-
Create a positive learning experience in the classroom by encouraging positive participant engagement and motivation to apply the learning
-
Deliver courses from beginner to advanced level of complexity
-
Mastering course content and related courseware, to the required level of certification
-
Demonstrate specialist knowledge in assigned curricula areas
-
Provide guidance and support to trainees and /or internal team as appropriate
-
Regularly review and evaluate training to ensure quality training and continuous improvement
-
Regularly provide course feedback and discuss student expectations to the Training Lead and recommend improvement of courseware from a content and/or delivery perspective
-
Upskill in new technologies and develop training skills as per performance management and training development plan

Conduct QA assessments in a timely manner to meet client requirements

Maintain relevant assessment documentation and records

Promote Accenture Learning services and client's educational services Demonstrate excellent teamwork

Contribute to service quality and value-add initiatives as required

Professional experience in learning, training delivery
