Are you looking for a fast-paced, challenging and extremely rewarding career? In our Homes Domain we are always looking to improve our processes and help our customers, which is why we are looking for a Business & Change Analyst to join the Process & Change team.

You’ll lead on the successful design of business processes and the definition of business requirements, as well as managing high profile implementations. It’s an exciting time to be here and in this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

Th e difference you’ll make.

  • Creating detailed and thorough as-is analysis and designing to-be processes.
  • Working in Agile product teams and collaborating with the business and IT stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of change projects within the bank.
  • Supporting the management of stakeholder relationships to successfully drive the project.
  • Completing project governance deliverables, including impact assessments, implementation plans and RAID logs.
  • Engaging with core SME’s to agree UAT approach, creating test scripts and supporting UAT execution.
  • Working proactively and takes the lead in unclear circumstances and thrives in a challenging environment.

What you’ll bring.

  • Ability to proactively manage independent workload whilst demonstrating strong time management to deliver to deadlines.
  • Ability to understand complex sets of information and be able to present these clearly using Microsoft Office Tools, whilst demonstrating effective stakeholder management

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Previous experience across Retail and Business Banking products and processes, alongside knowledge of mortgages.
  • Business analysis skills, experience of collecting, analysing, and condensing multiple and dispersed information.
  • Experience of working on project teams and collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Experience of working with project tools such as Microsoft Visio, Confluence and JIRA

What else you need to know.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract position which has the potential to be made permanent.

This role can be based in either our Bradford, Glasgow or Milton Keynes office and you will be expected to spend 40% of your time in this office. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
