Job Description
WHM Pet Group (Marriages) are looking for a new team member to join our Finance Team. This permanent role will support the Finance Team in the efficient day to day running of Finance Department. This will be through maintaining financial systems, recording and processing financial information, data entry and general financial administration which will ensure there is effective financial management across the company.
The duties will vary to support the finance team but will include:
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Customer invoices support within the team
- Credit control support within the team
- Any other appropriate duties to support the team
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently, flexibly and use their own initiative to solve problems proactively
- Ability to manage workloads, to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a small team
We are looking for someone to join the team immediately.
The role is Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm daily, with a 4.00pm finish on a Friday.
25 holidays per annum plus bank holidays.
Own transport is essential to commute to our office at Holme-on-Spalding Moor (YO43 4AA).
