A position has arisen for an accounts and HR colleague, duties to include sales and purchase ledger using sage and inhouse works programmes, summarising employee time sheets and transferring to Sage payroll. Applicant will need to be conversant with Office 365 and Sage packages
Duties to Include
- Production of customer invoices on job logic, transferring to Sage.
- Processing bank/credit card/petty cash transactions and reconciliation.
- Processing wages, pension, holiday applications and other HR duties including year end reports.
- Sending out monthly customer statements and credit control.
- Preparation of monthly management reports, including journals.
- Processing supplier invoices and credits.
- Reconciling statements and processing supplier payments.
- Filling in CIS monthly return.
- Process quarterly VAT return.
- Maintain customer retention list.
- Completing and updating of training matrix.
- DBS application and monitoring.
- Monitoring construction industry compliance.
- Social media interaction
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-27.5 per week
Salary: £17,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
