Role summary:
This role is required to work closely with LES Finance Business Partner to support LES Budgeting, Forecasting, Month-end close, Management Reporting, Variance Analysis, Balance Sheet Reconciliation. The job holder will also take direct responsibility of Freight and Warehousing cost controlling, budgeting, Inventory Management and AR report.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Support LES annual budget and forecast with direct involvement with management and colleagues across all levels of the business unit and assist to complete Budget Reporting Pack.
- Work with Finance Business Partner and LES business support team to load Sales & Margin and Operating expenses to internal budget reporting tool i.e. TM1.
- Collaborate with CLA (Customer Logistics Administration) and vendors to prepare Freight and Warehousing budget, load to TM1 and assist CLA to prepare F&WH budget presentation.
- Support month-end close to ensure Sales and COGS are proper accounted and matched.
- Perform Operating expenses analysis to ensure adequate provision in place to cover liabilities.
- Prepare monthly management reporting & variance analysis and commentaries, assist to complete monthly Euro Reporting Pack.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
- Review monthly P&L Results with BU.
