We're looking for a receptionist to join our London Office based near the Southwark Underground Station. As our Receptionist you'll be the first face many of our clients, colleagues and customers see, and you play an important role in creating a first impression of our business, by making sure everyone who walks through our door feels welcome. In a typical day you can expect to be managing diaries, making sure the office is working (we can't run out of coffee), taking telephone calls, helping with meeting room technology and getting things set up for our new joiners.
Responsibilities include:

- Diary Management
- Meeting Room Set Up
- Courier Booking
- Onboarding set up of new joiners
- Minute taking
This is a busy receptionist position based in our London Office 5 days per week. You'll ideally have professional experience as a receptionist that you can bring to the table, be highly organised and have a can do attitude to last minute tasks. A good standard of written and verbal English is essential.
It is essential that you are familiar with the systems:
- Outlook
- Sharepoint
- Excel
- PowerPoint
If you have experience working with InDesign this is highly desirable.

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
