Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our new restaurant will be contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes will be rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
With our brand-new restaurant concept, you will be the face and warmth all guests feel when arriving to Pavyllon . You will work within our team of 6 hosts/hostesses, reporting into the Chief Host . O ur goal is to satisfy each customer and develop guests’ loyalty. You will need to add style to a dynamic environment, build and maintain rapport with regular guests , as well as cultivating relationships with new patrons.
