Role Overview
This is a full-time generalist role at an early-stage startup, so you’ll get the chance to work on many aspects of the company including marketing, product management, customer success, and more.
This role will require a growth mindset and a willingness to experiment and learn new concepts on the go. We are looking to fill this position by September/October 2023.
What to Expect:
- Help grow digital marketing funnels such as email marketing, social media, referrals, PPC, and more.
- Manage the company's SEO strategy (ideation; come up with SEO-optimized content ideas, writing; responsible for managing a team of freelancers and authoring some articles, editing; edit the content and create relevant visuals.)
- Customer success: answer queries from individuals and organizations regarding our offerings.
- Website optimization: work closely with WebDev agency to optimize user experience on the website and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with other members and assist with any other ad-hoc duties that may arise.
Who You Are:
- Knowledgeable of business, finance, and accounting concepts.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Coachable and willing to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
