Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

Role Purpose:

Provide support to the Buyers to keep the function running smoothly

System application involving uploading and enrolment of new products, promotion set-up, price maintenance
-
Role is critical in tying together the range and promotional plans prepared by the Buyers, ensuring that submission and activation is done on a timely and accurate manner to prevent business disruption
Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

The Buying Assistant will play a huge role within the team. Working alongside the Buyers, they will be responsible for ensuring that we plan and deliver the most commercial and profitable ranges to meet our customer’s needs.

The Buying Assistant daily will be on-top of the deadlines for the Critical Path involving Promotions and Planogram. This should be cross-checked for accuracy with the Buyers and proposed JBP.

Attention to detail is important to ensure that errors are prevented which can impact store operations and communications.

We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can work with on their own with minimal supervision.
What you’ll need:

We are looking for a candidate preferably with retail experience, skills ranging from MS Office, time management and attention to detail.
