  • Promoting Data Literacy: Act as a champion for data literacy across the organisation, ensuring that everyone understands and harnesses the power of data

  • Efficiency and Value: Cultivate a culture of quick turnarounds for small data requests that add value. We aim to ship data products within one working day's effort, making data readily available for decision-making

  • Lean Working: Embrace a lean working culture, where every effort is geared towards minimising waste, maximising efficiency, and contributing to an improvement in EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation)

We’re committed to harnessing the power of data to drive innovation and enhance our competitive edge in the retail industry. Join us and be a part of this exciting journey!
