Salary £7.42-£10.49 per hour
Hours 35 Hours per week (5 out of 7 days inclusive of weekends)

Job description

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, andproviding feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction throughexcellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance withpolicies and procedures

Maintain outstanding store condition and visualmerchandising standards

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assesstraining needs and build career paths

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers(complaints, grievances, etc.)

Be a shining example of well behaviour and highperformance

Hiring, training, and supervising staff

Additional store manager duties as needed
About you
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably within the fragrance /beauty industry
- A proven track record and managing and leading teams.
- The ability to engage and develop existing team members
- Excellence customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
