Job Title: Graduate Business Analyst
Location: Warton / Samlesbury (Lancashire)

BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Graduate Programme you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you will be doing

As a graduate you will be Investigating business situations to define recommendations for improvement action.
You will Defining, evaluating and describing business change options for financial, technical and business feasibility, and strategic alignment while Producing abstract or distilled representations of real-world, business operations.

We also provide the opportunity to get involved in projects outside of your primary remit. We encourage you to seek a stretch project in which you’ll gain different experiences. Specific activities could include:

Managing requirements through the entire project lifecycle / service duration
Capturing current business processes. Creating new and potentially disruptive approaches to performing business activities.
Developing models and diagrams to represent and communicate data requirements and data assets.
Planning, designing and implementing activities to transition the organisation and people to the required future state.
Ensuring methods and tools are adopted and used effectively throughout the organisation.
Validating systems, products, business processes or services to determine whether the acceptance criteria have been satisfied.

Skills
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any STEM related Degree or Business Related Role.
