Legal Secretary sought for an exciting opportunity at a well-established and busy Castlemilk law firm. Based in Castlemilk Arcade, we are seeking a Civil Legal Secretary to join our team to assist our Civil Department.
The role will involve being the point of contact by telephone and in person for our clients along with audio typing, preparation of court documents/motions and using the Scottish Legal Aid System. You will have responsibility for opening the Castlemilk office and managing day to day business.
Legal experience is required. Civil experience is preferred. Salary is negotiable commensurate with experience.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. No overtime or weekends will be expected.
The ability to think on your feet and an enthusiastic approach would make you an ideal candidate for this opportunity.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
