Salary: £41,638.00 per annum + car allowance of £500 per month + 17.5% annual bonus
Location: Sheffield S36 2DT

What you'll be doing;
- Working alongside other operations managers to support the contract manager
- Be responsible for the day to day management of fleet vehicles to include route planning and monitoring to ensure optimum efficiency and control cost
- Day to day people management of the site, involving holiday, sickness,personal development plans and regular appraisals
- Management of transport, ensuring Supervisors are maintaining defects and daily check reporting
- The recruitment and inductions of new staff onsite
- Managing a large team within a heavily unionised contract
What we're looking for;
- Experience managing large teams effectively
- Transport CPC Holder
- Good knowledge of the transport industry
- ISOH or NEBOSH (Desirable but not a must)
