We might not be sending you up a ladder to paint houses or asking you to build a wall, but as our next Administrative Assistant for our Property Services team, you will be contributing towards the many houses we build.
Property Services is an integral part of the organisation, organising the design, installation, maintenance, servicing and repair work for our housing stock. Ideally you will hit the ground running, providing a comprehensive, efficient administration service.
Your duties might include:
- Providing a reception service for visitors
- Processing requests for goods and services and handling invoices
- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Updating our computer systems, scanning, filing and collating information
Who we’re looking for!
You will be an outgoing professional with keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You’ll be able to forge strong working relationships. You will enjoy interacting with people, excellent time management skills and a solid knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Whilst we offer training, you will need to hold a relevant qualification to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

This role is fixed term for 12 months, with the possibility of being extended or made permanent.
The role is 35 hours per week over 5 days; Monday to Friday.
Please note that although we are currently based in Bulwell, the office will be relocating to Clifton in 2024.
