Prime Land are an independent and thriving Estate Agent in Lettings and Property Management seeking a skilled Administrator to join our flourishing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in our head office managing our established property portfolio. Duties:
- Organising changeover of utilities and council tax and solving issues
- Chasing Documents to get them returned
- Recording data and information
- Dealing with the public Completing forms and other paperwork
- Answering calls and taking down messages
- Communicating with landlords and tenants
Candidate Requirements:
- Enjoy working with the public
Working hours:
- Prime Land office hours are between 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday
Salary:
Salary will be dependent on individual experience but OTE £19.5k - £30.5k with our team bonus system in place
