KallysHair is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and other executive staff by taking care of their daily tasks and responsibilities. A dedicated and responsible individual, the Executive Assistant will take direction very well, is able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, while remaining friendly and approachable. The Executive Assistant will be expected to deliver high-quality work consistently, work independently and be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Address customer complaints.
- Process payments.
- Order office supplies.
- Input and retrieve data from various computer programs.
- Communicate with clients via telephone, fax, and e-mail.
- Manage the flow of information between employees and customers.
- Policy implementation & adherenc.
- Handing the day-to-day operations of the company on directors from the Managing Director.
- Handle training and on-boarding
- Procurement.
- Handle end-of-day banking.
- Conduct interviews and attend meetings on behalf of the Managing Director
- Handle the Managing Directors personal diary.
- Work between branches of the company [Glasgow & East Kilbride]
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
Salary: From £10.70 per hour
