Job Description
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Ensuring the stock is efficiently managed, with good organization skills.
- Store is attractively displayed and pricing is correct on a daily basis.
- Ensuring stock loss, man-hours and costs are controlled efficiently.
- Support the Manager with recruitment, training, development and performance of all staff.
- Communicating effectively with and fully supporting the Store Manager to ensure key information is shared to ensure best practice and achievement of company objectives.
- Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and merchandising are upheld within the Shop.
- Maintaining the security of the shop premises, stock and all shop monies.
- Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Director and Manager.
Skills Required:
- The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate a team.
- A customer-focused manner, remaining level-headed in any situation.
- Willingness to work as a key part of the store team, completing daily tasks on every shift.
- A responsible approach and excellent communication skills.
Qualification Required:
Degree from any discipline, Business/Management preferred.
Experience Required: 1-2 Years
Salary: £27,000 per Annum
