Customer Service Team Manager
Location / Area:
Stafford Park 1, Telford, Shropshire - 3 days' per week minimum requirement for office attendance, with the flexibility to work from home
Hours of Work:
39 hours per week, Monday to Friday which may be worked on any pattern as required, between the hours of 08.00 and 17.30, on a rota basis
PART TIME HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED
Basic Salary + Bonus:
Competitive salary + 10% annual bonus based upon the achievement of agreed KPIs

Principle Responsibilities:
As a member of the Customer Service Team your role is to communicate effectively and efficiently with both customers and the Sales Team in order to deliver customer excellence. You will handle customer inbound telephone calls, orders and general enquires. This role is a very busy role with each person within the Team handling an average of 60 calls per day and placing over 70 orders per day. This job is suited to candidates with experience of working in a fast-paced high-pressured environment.
Accurately input sales orders ensuring all orders are processed correctly with correct address details, customer account details, prices and part numbers
Ensure all orders are released for picking in line with agreed SLA
Process and resolve any customer debits raising relevant paperwork and arranging RMA / replacement goods as and when required
Process next day delivery requests within the required time scales
Answer incoming telephone calls
Liaise with customers at all levels
Liaising with the external Sales Team to meet customer requirements
Cross selling products across promotional campaigns to existing customer base
