We currently have a great opportunity for an HR Assistant to work in our Head Office, based at the Mailbox in central Birmingham.
Working in a busy, supportive team you will be responsible for providing support in all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, advising on policies and procedures, HR system administration and supporting our training processes.
Ideally you will already have gained some initial HR experience and want to progress your career further, although we would still like to hear from you if you are ambitious to start your HR journey. You need to be flexible with great teamwork skills and the drive and initiative to manage your workload effectively. You must have excellent attention to detail and enjoy developing effective working relationships.
