Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers to understand project goals and requirements.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets for both print and digital platforms.
- Generate innovative design concepts aligned with project objectives.
- Refine and revise designs based on feedback and direction.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials.
- Assist in the preparation of design files for print and web publication.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance creative output.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team discussions.
- Manage and organize design files and assets.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects (internships, personal work, coursework).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills to interpret and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a creative setting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
