About the Role of a Sensée Customer Service Representative for Bupa
Permanently employed by Sensee, you will represent the award-winning private healthcare provider, Bupa. You will be trained to succeed and become a subject matter expert, that will communicate via phone and sometimes written communication. You will navigate multiple virtual platforms to obtain, relay and record information in line with Bupa processes and exceeding customer expectations always. The role will involve supporting customers that are potentially unwell. You could be discussing medical conditions, treatments, processing a claim or a complaint. It is essential that you are a remote working brand ambassador and are an integral part of our remote Sensee family, making a difference in everything we do.
What you will do as a Remote Customer Service Representative at Sensée
- Attend a full time, fully paid training course that will empower you to succeed
- Represent an award winning and well know brand, always ensuring outstanding customer service
- Manage all customer contact using multiple virtual platforms, solving queries swiftly and efficiently
- Take a customer first approach to query resolution
- Utilise inhouse tools to stay engaged, empowered and ready to progress up the Sensée career ladder

What we’re looking for from a Remote Customer Service Representative
- Superb rapport building skills
- Impressive IT skills, with the ability to multitask
- Amazing levels of active listening, empathy, and resilience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough approach to following account processes
- Enthusiastic team player, always ready to take up the next challenge
- Previous experience in a customer facing support role
- Able to attend remote full-time training for 9 weeks
- Can provide a dedicated home working space that offers safety and comfort
- Co-operative in providing own IT setup in a way that minimises environmental impact
- Fantastic approach to utilising internal engagement tools to thrive, have fun and progress on the career ladder
