We are a new sushi takeaway shop to open in Lancaster.Chef/ Kitchen AssistantResponsibilities:- Responsible for food preparation and cooking in a team- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware- Organize and stock ingredients and supplies- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries- Follow all health and safety regulations- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operationsExperience:- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and cleanlinessIf you are passionate about food and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to start your career in the culinary industry.
