Project management support

Help with the development of our reporting capabilities

Identify and implement process improvements and simplifications whilst tracking the delivery of various business activities
Stakeholder Management

Support us with communicating with our key stakeholders, internally and externally (e.g. by working with the Communication team to develop an intranet site)

Learn to identify and escalate risks and issues early, and support the relevant teams as necessary.
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
-
Develop some good overall BCM skills, incl. how to run MS Amlin’s Crisis notification tool and the administration, testing, ongoing maintenance and development of the tool.

Support the completion of the Annual Business Continuity plan review cycles.

What you’ll need:
For this particular role you should ideally have the following:

Great organisational and analytical skills.

Feel comfortable dealing with multiple work demands at the same time.

Be a solution-driven problem solver.

At least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English or equivalent, at grade 4 or above

A Level results in A-C range

Developing your knowledge of Operational Resilience, and in particular Business Continuity Management by giving you extensive exposure to a number of initiatives (i.e. reporting, IT remediation, Cyber resilience, third party risk management, business continuity management and stress & scenario testing).
