We have a number of exciting opportunities to join our team in the role of Neighbourhood Support Assistant on a part-time, permanent basis (18 hours) and full time, temporary basis (36 hours). As Neighbourhood Support Assistant in our local neighbourhood teams across the city, you will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver a first-class housing management service to our customers and the wider community. You will provide a great service to our customer, working as part of a team to respond to a wide range of general enquiries, both in person and on the telephone, as well as providing support to the Neighbourhood Coordinators.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills, putting our customers at the heart of what you do. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with tenants and external partner agencies, as well as be a great team player.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills using a variety of methods including IT, written and verbal, as well as the ability to effectively plan their workload and be flexible to meet targets and deadlines.
What we require from you:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a performance driven, customer focussed environment.
- Experience in providing an effective service to a range of customers.
- Adaptability to meet the needs of the business, including working remotely or from any of the Group’s offices.
- Ability to cover required operating hours and travel requirements of the post.
- A basic DBS, paid for by Gentoo.
