This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established accountancy firm based in Mill Hill and grow your skill set and career. This role is integral to the smooth running of the office where you will be part of the team and be involved in a range of different administrative tasks to support the various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Reception; answering calls and greeting visitors
- Payroll administration
- General office administration
- Ordering stationery
- Franking
- Taking the post to the post office
- Keeping the office tidy, including meeting rooms
- Booking meeting rooms
- Assist in other areas of the business as and when required.
The Ideal candidate will:
- be within easy travel distance to Mill Hill
- have an excellent telephone manner
- be friendly with a polite a bubbly personality
- be eager to commit and learn.
