Warehouse Operative - Picking & PackingContract: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00Working 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9:00-12:00 on a rota basisSalary: Starting at £10.42 per hourThe company:Unvented Components Europe are the UK’s leading online specialists in plumbing and heating spares and experts in Unvented Hot Water Cylinder systems. Supplying spares for manufacturers and stocking thousands of parts in our warehouses sold through multiple channels including eBay, Amazon and our own website, we also serve walk-in customers at our head office in Chirk.We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our small team.This role is in a very busy, fast paced environment.Job responsibilities:Picking and packing orders for dispatch as required.Taking delivery of goods and checking against delivery notes.Prepping goods in for dispatch - deboxing, labelling and storing in correct location.Prepping goods to be sent to Amazon Fulfillment.Using the tape machine to prepare small parcels.Using a tablet and PC to update in-house stock levels.Maintaining accurate paperwork to drive stock accuracy.Keeping the stores and despatch area in a neat and organised manner.The ideal candidate:No experience needed as full training will be provided.Comfortable with physical work as the role does include some heavy lifting.A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.A team player.Basic IT skills.A flexible attitude and willingness to learn.Punctual, reliable and a sense of humour.How to apply:Please send your CV along with a covering letter to Nia for consideration – nia@uvceurope.co.ukYou must have eligibility to work in the UK.
