Responding in a timely and efficient manner to all enquiries, to ensure Clients’ expectations are met & exceeded.Promoting a positive client experience of Seko.Key responsibilities of the Account Handler:First point of contact for all client enquiriesResponsible for logging, progressing, and resolving client enquiries & concerns within agreed timeframesProducing client reports (KPI) in line with their requirements on a daily/weekly/monthly basisDedicated point of contact for named contracts as agreed by line managerEscalating, where necessary any potential or unresolved issues to the management team on behalf of clientsBuilding & developing excellent working relationships with clients to ensure Seko is the Preferred Logistics SolutionAll associated administrative tasksSkills and qualifications of the Account Handler:GCSE or equivalent in English & MathsExcellent communication skills both oral & writtenAttention to detailWorks well under pressureMinimum of 2 years in a client services environmentGood PC skills in all Microsoft Office packages (Essential) & WMS(Warehouse Management System – Desirable)Permanent37.5 hours per weekMonday – FridayCompensation and benefits of the Account Handler:Pension scheme (5% employee, 3% employer contributions)Referral schemeDeath in service (4x salary)Private healthcare after 1 year service25 days annual leave + bank holidays with an extra day after 5,8-, and 10-years’ serviceEmployee assistance programmeJob role: Account HandlerJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £29,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cycle to work schemeLife insurancePrivate medical insuranceReferral programmeSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:client services: 2 years (preferred)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: NWDC9
