Why work with us as a Commis Chef: Enjoy discounted rates at The Wolseley Hospitality Group and Minor Hotels globally Refer a Friend + Rewarding Excellence Schemes Social events and celebrations Industry supplier trips An opportunity to progress within the group as we open new restaurants The role of Commis Chef: Cooking seasonal classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients Supporting with preparation and service on a designated section Working as part of a professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped kitchen Full-Time and Part-Time roles available, all overtime paid hourly We're looking for a Commis Chef who has: Experience as a Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistant or someone studying Professional Cookery An interest and knowledge of classical techniques The desire to challenge themselves in a busy kitchen Good communication skills Eligibility to live and work in the UK The Wolseley Hospitality Group portfolio of restaurants comprises of The Wolseley on Piccadilly, The Delaunay in Aldwych, Brasserie Zédel in Soho, Colbert in Chelsea, Fischer's in Marylebone, Soutine in St John's Wood and Bellanger in Islington, Manzi's in Soho. The Wolseley City is due to open in 2023.
