Boston Restaurant Group seeks and experienced SUPERSTAR Chef for our London location. This is a fantastic opportunity for the chef who'd love an adventure across the pond!Hours and Benefits: This is a 55 hour per week position with full medical, dental, life insurance, two weeks paid vacation and one week of earned sick time.The best part? 100% Company Paid Relocation Assistance and Visa Sponsorship is provided for the right candidate!Job Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team.Develop and plan menus and daily specials.Create prep lists for kitchen crew.Manage food costing and inventory.Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.Participate in interview process and selection of kitchen staff.Schedule staff and assist in human resources processes as needed.Chef Qualifications / Skills:Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and practicesUnderstanding of menu and recipe development techniquesStrong leadership abilitiesOngoing awareness of culinary trendsUnderstanding of health and sanitation lawsExcellent knife-handling skillsApplied wine and beverage knowledgeBasic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Education and Experience Requirements:High school degree or equivalentFormal culinary training / culinary degree3-5 years experience in high-volume kitchensPrevious kitchen management experience a mustServSafe certificationEnglish Speaking, Reading and WritingJob Type: Full-timePay: £77,000.00-£83,000.00 per yearBenefits:Relocation assistanceSabbaticalSick payUK visa sponsorshipSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: In person
