Customer Experience Team Member Location: Leicester Salary: £21,786 - £23,100 (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis. From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
