Sales Agent, WindsorSalary: £25,000 - £27,500 DOE, increasing to £40,000 with tenure. You may have come across some of our brands before such as Smart Insurance, British Senior Insurance Agency and Cover Today; we also launched a partnership with the Post Office in 2022.If you’d like to find out more about life at Neilson, check out the video below: https://youtu.be/wOfIHByBJsMThe roleWe are looking for Sales Agents to join our team in Windsor, who are passionate about ensuring our customers receive a great experience and are driven and determined.Key responsibilities include:You will be first point of contact for all outbound and inbound sales enquiries for Life Insurance products helping people take care of their loved ones.Providing accurate information on products that is clear, fair, and not misleading and in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly.Building relationships and trust with customers effectively.Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance.You will be helping and supporting our customers to help them protect those who matter.Contribute positively to the team and success of the company.About YouYou have previous experience of working in a customer focussed environment, whether it’s face to face, over the phone or online e.g., webchat.
