Job Description
Duties:- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards- Operate and maintain grill equipment- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures- Clean and maintain work area, including equipment, utensils, and surfacesRequirements:- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is preferred- Knowledge of food safety regulations- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a teamNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
