Ecommerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for an Outreach & Channel Partnerships Specialist to join our team to help deliver user outreach and internal communications programs for our GNE org. This person will be responsible for: Education & Outreach programming, and maintaining a multi-channel, multi-market, cross-functional outreach calendar. Develop effective communication strategies to effectively connect users with our policy & education content. Crafting GNE messages to meet users where they are in their journey/lifecycle, bringing them the information they need, when they need it. Drafting 'go-to-market' announcements for internal and external users of our policy and education initiatives. Internal change management communications surrounding new policy launches or education programs. Evaluating preferences and behaviours of user cohorts by performing market research and benchmarking. Evaluate channel performance and user reach and satisfaction with policy and education materials. Establish partnerships to maximise the use of outreach channels across Ops, Product, and Experience teams. Coordinate and report on outreach efficacy and outcomes, combining thorough data analysis with a robust internal communications program. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in marketing or communications with a multinational tech company. Outstanding organisational, communication, and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies. Ability to effectively navigate and deliver in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Experience conducting market research and/or data and analytics Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with eCommerce or multinational tech company user education programming Experience working with Governance or Trust and Safety teams Fluent in at least one regional language is preferred due to cross-border engagement.
