Job Description

We are looking to hire a Software Sales Executive who has previously succeeded in a business to business (B2B) sales role. Target customers are in care and education, among other market sectors. Our customers use CVMinder ATS to fully manage recruiting online. All of our users are presently based in the UK with a stronger customer base around eh South East. As Software Sales Executive, your role will be to respond to enquiries and proactively contact employers to position and sell CVMinder ATS subscriptions. There is an increasing appetite among employer organisations to recruit for themselves and avoid recruiting fees. Our challenge is to become the preferred ATS supplier to care and education, but not to the exclusion of other markets. This is an exciting time to join the company. We are still very small and that offers the very real prospect that you can make a difference as we try to achieve those goals. Developing your own skills is as important to us as it will be to you. As Software Sales Executive, we would like you to be amenable to future sales management. With the right level of experience and support you can help us achieve our larger goals with a future sales team. Software Sales Executive outline responsibilitiesWork with the Director to agree targets for prospecting.Engage targets to generate interest, qualify needs and close business.Demonstrate CVMinder ATS to prospective customers online via MS Teams or Zoom.Meet achievable sales targets and goals.Assist some account management responsibilities. Sales Executive skills and experienceBusiness to Business sales experience (B2B)Consultative by nature and a good listenerProblem solverProfessional and polished communicatorGoal oriented, not just money orientedRobust and self-sufficient Open and trusted. We never make promises we cannot keep. We have offices, but we are working from home. That brings some additional challenges to the Sales Executive role.
